BTF — Before The Fame is an independent music collective founded by Jonathan Lopez (itswho401). These Terms govern your use of btfofficial.com, our community channels, and any merchandise, badges, or services offered through them.
You must be at least 13 years old to use BTF's website and community channels. By submitting an artist application, joining our waitlist, or purchasing merch or a founding badge, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Submitting music or an application does not guarantee a spot on the roster, management representation, or any specific outcome. BTF reviews every application but may decline any submission at its discretion. Applicants retain all rights to their own music — submitting to BTF does not transfer ownership of your work.
All merch and founding badge sales are final unless otherwise stated at checkout. Badges represent community status and perks as described on the site at time of purchase — they are not an investment, security, or financial instrument, and do not represent ownership in BTF, itswho401 LLC, or any artist.
Our Discord and Telegram communities are spaces for fans and artists to connect. Harassment, hate speech, spam, and impersonation are not tolerated and may result in removal from any BTF channel without notice.
The BTF name, logo, and site content are the property of itswho401 LLC and may not be used without permission. Artist names, music, and likenesses remain the property of the respective artists.
BTF is an independent, growing collective. We make no guarantees about radio placement, streaming numbers, revenue, or any other outcome for artists, fans, or community members.
BTF's website and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, BTF and itswho401 LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the community.
We may update these Terms as the project develops. The latest version will always be posted here.
