BTF Radio 365 is operated by BTF Entertainment LLC ("BTF," "we," "us"). By purchasing a package, you ("the advertiser," "the artist," or "you") agree to these terms.
Each package is described on our advertising page with its specific deliverables — for example, the number of daily plays/spins, commercial length, social media posts, website features, or sponsored segments. What you receive is exactly what's listed for the package you purchase. Anything not listed in your package is not included unless agreed in writing.
You are responsible for providing your audio (commercial or song), artwork, and any links or copy needed to run your package. You confirm that:
BTF may decline or request changes to any content at our discretion. We are not responsible for the accuracy of claims made in your advertisement.
Plays and spins are scheduled into our rotation and delivered over the package period (weekly or monthly, as purchased). Play counts are targets delivered across the period — minor variation can occur due to programming, scheduling, or technical factors. Promotional extras (social posts, website features, segments) are delivered within the package period.
Your package begins once we have received your payment and your usable content, whichever is later.
Because airtime and promotion are scheduled and delivered as a service, our policy is:

BTF delivers airtime and promotion as described. We do not guarantee any specific business result, sales, streams, followers, bookings, or outcomes from your advertising or promotion. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
We aim for reliable 24/7 streaming, but brief technical interruptions can happen. If an outage causes a meaningful loss of your scheduled plays, we'll add make-good airtime to cover the shortfall. Short or occasional interruptions don't entitle a refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BTF Entertainment LLC's total liability for any package is limited to the amount you paid for that package. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms as the service develops. The version in effect when you purchase applies to that purchase. The latest version is always posted here.
