This Privacy Policy explains how BTF — Before The Fame handles information you provide through our website and services.
We collect only what you choose to provide: information submitted through our artist application form (such as name, email, location, and music links), email or messages you send us, and any information you provide when purchasing a badge or merchandise (such as shipping details and wallet address).
We use your information to review artist applications, communicate with you, fulfill badge and merchandise orders, and operate and improve the BTF community. We do not sell your personal information.
We use third-party tools to operate — including form services (Tally), messaging (Telegram), payment and fulfillment providers, and the Solana blockchain. Information you submit through those tools is also subject to their own privacy policies. Note that blockchain transactions are public and permanent by nature.
We keep application and contact information only as long as needed to operate the community and fulfill our purposes, or as required by law.
You may request that we delete the personal information you've provided by contacting us. Note that information already recorded on a public blockchain cannot be deleted.
BTF services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this Policy as the project develops. The latest version will always be posted here.
